All you need to know

All of our products are handmade, and are usually made to order, so we kindly ask that you allow us 3-5 working days to make your order before shipping.

UK Shipping

Once shipped, we expect your item will take between 1-3 business days to be delivered.​

You'll receive an email with your tracking number to confirm that we've shipped your order.

Delivery is charged at £3.99 per order, regardless of how many items are ordered.

Worldwide Shipping

Once shipped, we expect your item will take between 7-10 business days to be delivered.​

You'll receive an email with your tracking number to confirm that we've shipped your order.

Delivery is charged at £7.99 per order, regardless of how many items are ordered.

We are constantly reviewing the shipping options that we offer in the hopes of improving them and reducing costs for our customers.

Returns Info

UK Returns

We're sorry to hear that you didn't love your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied - if you would like to return an item you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date. We offer returns on our products designed by us, provided they have not been personalised/customised.

We are regretfully unable to offer returns on any personalised or custom items due to their nature.​

​

​**Only products returned in perfect condition, free from pet hair will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.**

All return costs must be covered by the customer. We recommend shipping via a tracked service as we will not be able to accept liability for any items until they are back in our possession.

Prior to starting your return, please email us at info@re-taildogfashion.com and alert us to the reason for your return including pictures of your item and the packaging it arrived in. We will then be able to provide you with the return address for your items.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible so that we are able to rectify the issue.

International Returns

We are, regretfully, currently unable to offer returns to our international customers. However, if you have a problem with your order or it has arrived faulty or damaged, please email us at info@re-taildogfashion.com and alert us to your issue. In your initial email, please include photos of your item and the packaging it arrived in to help us resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
